About Heather

Heather Cole-Lewis, PhD, MPH, is the Director of Behavior Science at  Johnson & Johnson, where she works at the intersection of health behavior change and data science to build digital behavior change interventions that amplify health and wellbeing outcomes. She is an expert in the design and evaluation of digital health interventions, with a specific focus on maximizing impact using rapid iteration and unique combinations of methodologies from social science, human computer interaction, and data science. She uses her skill set to leverage behavior change and improve health outcomes using consumer-centered technology, such as mobile phones.

Heather believes that the combination of behavior science, data science, and technology provide an ideal opportunity to expand the reach of evidence-based health strategies to support vulnerable and underserved populations.
